Rhonda Sideris wins Park City Rotary's Professional Citizen of the Year Award

Rhonda Sideris Named Park City Rotary’s 2026 Professional Citizen of the Year
Park City Lodging President and Founder Rhonda Sideris has been honored with the Park City Rotary Club’s 2026 Linda Singer-Berrett Professional Citizen of the Year Award, recognizing her decades of leadership and contributions to Park City’s lodging and hospitality industries and the greater Park City community.
The Linda Singer-Berrett Professional Citizen of the Year Award is named in honor of Park City Rotary’s first female president and recognizes individuals whose professional contributions have made a meaningful difference in the quality of life in the Park City community.
Rhonda arrived in Park City in 1976 and has had a front-row seat to the community’s transformation over the past 50 years. She founded R&R Properties, now Park City Lodging, in 1984, building the company from a small property management operation into one of Park City’s long-standing locally based lodging and property management companies.
Her involvement in Park City has extended well beyond Park City Lodging. Over the years, Rhonda has held leadership roles with organizations including the Park City Chamber/Bureau, Main Street Merchant Association and U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Businesses Committee, among other community organizations.
The recognition also reflects an approach to business that has guided Rhonda throughout her career: putting people first, supporting employees and doing what is right.
More than four decades after founding Park City Lodging, Rhonda remains actively involved in the company and the community she has called home for 50 years. We are incredibly proud to see her decades of entrepreneurship, leadership and commitment to Park City recognized with the 2026 Linda Singer-Berrett Professional Citizen of the Year Award.
